RAFAEL ROBINA RAMIREZ – JORGE ALBERTO MARINO-ROMERO – JOSÉ ANTONIO FOLGADO FERNÁNDEZ

This study examines the role of artificial intelligence (AI) in the organisational factors that generate value within the tourism sector, from the perspectives of enterprise architecture (EA) and dynamic capabilities theory. Drawing on a systematic literature review and a bibliometric analysis (WoS and Scopus), the research identifies the main authors, intellectual streams, and emerging research trends in the field. Furthermore, it proposes a conceptual model that integrates AI-related resources, organisational microfoundations, and economic, social, and sustainability-related outcomes. In doing so, the study offers both theoretical and practical implications for tourism management and strategic decision-making.
